Held captive in the drive thru line because they didn't serve the front car for at least 15 minutes and didn't ask them to pull around. The second car took another 10 minutes. When we got to the front we asked if our order was ready. Window guy asked if we were okay. We said we were annoyed. Didn't yell, didn't cuss. He told us we could just go. No chicken for us. " Not his fault. Only 2 people working". Not going to this location ever again.
