We definitely need a negative star rating. I sat at the drive thru over 30 minutes and no one came on the intercom and there was only myself and amother car waiting.i drove by and saw the staff thru the windows standing around behind the counter. I want my refund. I never got my pick up order. Manager at this location said she couldn’t cancel. I have emailed through the app and no one has contacted me and this happened on August 6. I want my refund. Why am I being ignored? Manager deleted my order off screen so when I went to get it, it wasn’t there. Didn’t even have the food that was on my order. Place is run down. Staff is nice, but don’t care. Gotten my order wrong 3 times now. No reason to go back. Food was horrible too, burnt and twisted pieces of chicken.
It is 07/11 and 10:45 PM when writing this and I was dashing for an order. The store hours say they close at 11pm so it should be ample time to get the order before closing. I went to the drive thru speaker and was met with no response, i went to the window and still no response. I tried again and was met with the same thing. I then seen a black woman with an afro sitting in the lobby with a headset on watching me drive in circles trying to get their customers order.
