I went to the restaurant at 9:30 PM and walked inside to place a takeout order. The manager immediately told me, “The lobby is closed.” I explained that I wasn’t dining in and was only placing a takeout order. She repeated that the lobby was closed and told me I had to leave the building and go through the drive-thru instead. This was confusing and frustrating since I was already inside the lobby at 9:30. Why did my sandwich get smashed when I got it, there's no way it was assembled like this. Also it was cold. Its like i got the one that was smashed and left out. Idk what happened ive never had problems with this location before but this was extremely disappointing.
