It is 07/11 and 10:45 PM when writing this and I was dashing for an order. The store hours say they close at 11pm so it should be ample time to get the order before closing. I went to the drive thru speaker and was met with no response, i went to the window and still no response. I tried again and was met with the same thing. I then seen a black woman with an afro sitting in the lobby with a headset on watching me drive in circles trying to get their customers order. An absolute joke. Made an online order so we can pickup and go, not ready almost 20 minutes AFTER order was made. 30 minutes after order made online it was ready with not even all the food we ordered and paid for and didnt have time to wait on them to cook more fries!

I received a message that my online order was ready, upon arrival I was told that my order just came through so it would be a 30 minute wait because chicken had to be dropped. I waited 30 minutes for my order and when I got home my order was still incorrect, this was a horrible experience, do better Popeyes, there was only one employee working, this was on 7/2 at 9 pm.

I honestly don’t know how this location stays open. I placed an online order for 3 spicy chicken sandwiches. I checked and realized they only gave me 2. Annoying, but okay, mistakes happen. I drove back through the drive thru, and the employee handed me the missing sandwich. I checked the sandwiches and realized they weren’t even cooked properly. They were cold and had an undercooked. I wasted my time, my gas, and over $25 on food that I couldn’t even eat. There is absolutely no excuse for serving food like this. Messing up ... read more
