Took 25 minutes to get food. Inside was shut down as of 5:58 pm. Very few cars, yet no fried chicken to serve. Update: Went back and no sides available except cole slaw and red beans and rice. No drinks except Fanta. No ranch for a dipping sauce. No spicy tenders. Drove off and realized my Fantas didn't have any straws. Why is the management so absent in this chain?
I placed an online order for pickup. Get to the store the doors are locked. I go through the drive through the lady. Tells me they do not have chicken wings and I need to cancel my order. There is no way to cancel an order once It's placed through Popeyes website and then nobody would answer me when I called.
It was ok but the for got our biscuits!
I was told that the Jesup Popeyes was under new management so I decided I would give it another try. It did not disappoint! The staff are friendly and do a great job. Great chicken and red beans and rice! Thank you 2/7/2025 - Still has great service and the best French fries in town. Plus they use beef tallow! The chicken is great too. 7/25/2025 - Great service and the food is delicious too. All Popeyes are not the same and today Jesup is spot on. Thank you!
the food was garbage. this was my family first time with bad food from Popeyes, and when i say disappointed very. we normally get the same thing every time we visit one. this was the worst food ever please get them some help, or supervision for this restaurant. the food wasn't fresh at all, the chicken, biscuits, fries it was trash. my family only liked the mac and cheese and i honestly think it was just because they eat any kind of mac and cheese. they lovee mac and cheese. * i repeat this is no complaint this is a reach ou... read more
