If I listened to these previous reviews, I don’t think I would have ever ate here. But I am so confused as to why this place as so many negative reviews. Im not going to lie but everytime I come to this establishment, I never have an issue. Sometimes I would have to wait a couple minutes for my order but that’s ok. The food is usually made fresh and flavorful. Customer service is just as good. Keep up the good work guys!
soupy mash potatoes, out of honey hard biscuits and tried to charge me $2 for a cup of water. They need to do better at this location. They never have what you ask for and service is sub par.
If you have 20-30mins to spare to wait for anything other than a chicken sandwich, go for it. Doesn’t matter if there’s no line or even one person ahead of you, get ready to wait.

HOW? JUST HOW??? How does Popeyes in Jesup GA NOT have spicy dark meat chicken at 1 pm on a Friday 12/12/25????!!! Even said I would wait for fresh cooked spicy dark meat to be cooked but was told they were completely out. I am so disappointed, haven’t had Popeyes in a while and was really craving some today, guess I’ll have to settle for KFC. No excuse for this, NONE!!! You’re a chicken restaurant…how do you even allow yourself to not have chicken???!!!
