Going down hill . Chicken under down biscuits burned on one side not fresh att at and it was 5pm dinner hour . A few months back they had better staff working pretty bad now and of course they always forget napkins . I told them I need hot sauce several times it never fails they never put anything in bag happens all the time terrible
I stopped by this location on the way to Pensacola Beach and had the best fast-food service I’ve ever experienced. The staff member Michael was incredibly friendly and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we walked in. He went above and beyond and recommended the blackened ranch sauce that we never tried before, and it was very good!
Drive thru personal girl was rude when I had her repeat herself as I couldn't hear a word she was saying as well as she couldn't hear me apparently as she got my order wrong. Window guy was just as rude. Everyone seemed like they didnt want to be working there and it was a task I asked for anything. Was hurried and didn't realize they forgot my drink until sfter I left. Worst customer no service experience today, waited 15 minutes at the counter to eventually have the drive thru girl attempt to take my lunch order and to pre order 2 fried turkeys for Thanksgiving. The girl taking my order was also trying to take drive thru orders at the same time. She was so distracted and didn't know how a pre-order was done for next week's fried turkeys but made no attempt to find out. Left after waiting 30 minutes for nothing.
