Management doesn’t know what they are doing here. DoorDash orders are jever on time. The night crew is constantly laughing and goofing off. Then when we get our orders 12minutes late we have no sauces, the syrup for the sprite is basically water, and the chicken isn’t spicy. They need to fire all the people on night crew and revamp the whole place. The service is terrible and if the regional manager showed up unannounced it’d be a complete joke. Do better

Chicken was good and it’s my first time eating Popeyes but I was surprised how unorganized they are. Came in and there was no line but 5 people standing around and they were pissed about it since no one was helping. The clincher was when I asked for water they says they don’t give cups for water and I have to use my own water bottle.
