When i lived in Chicago Popeyes was the place to get good sized well seasoned chicken. Since i moved to Texas so much is lacking. I visited Popeyes for the first time moving to Missouri City, they actually served me some rotten chicken, the piece was a wing. I broke it apart and it was smelling bad. This was on State Highway 6 in Missouri City. I was totally incenced. I showed it to the manager, she did give me two extra peices thro.
