Bad service… Slow to fulfill online orders… I placed an online order after arriving 20 minutes later at the requested pickup time, the order was not ready. Instead, I was told I had to wait another 15 minutes for a new batch to be cooked. That is totally unacceptable for an online order, even if I requested custom pieces. The manager did nothing to ease the painful wait… Totally unacceptable… Choose another restaurant or Popeyes location… beware…
Recommend to use drive thru, it will be much faster and accurate. They have 4 experience staffs working for drive thru orders, and one clueless employee works for 10+ in-store and online order himself. (Waiting for 30+ minutes after placed an online preorder 20 mins before walking in to the store. ) And he made lots of mistake, such as missing fries, order milk chicken and he gave you mild; and order boneless chicken wing and he gave you bone ones….
