I sat in this popeyes while working for 2 hours. Within those two hours I seen this place lose over 5 customers. 4 of the were older customers. The first couple was standing at the front for at least 5 mins when the older guy ask can they get there order taken. The young lady told them that they must place there order on the kiosk.
