Ordered 2 shrimp boxes, had to pull up and wait for 10 minutes so be given REFRIED French fries and a bunch of crispy batter pieces. 30 dollars worth of food and this disgusting mess is what we get. There was an argument in the kitchen, no one seemed to want to make the food that we ordered. Then, as we waited for our food, it looked as though there was food labeled "Tuesday" left out, and additionally cooked food, just left a mess. When our food finally came out- which took forever, it was old. The restaurant was an absolute mess, and dirty. Slow as molasses placed a drive thru order at 912 had a 7 minute wait. It 959 when I left!!!!!
This is the slowest Popeyes in the world! I travel and have been all over. Never seen anything like this. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. Told me to pull up and I waited an additional ten minutes. So I just decided to walk in and check on my food and they had it sitting to the side and had forgotten all about me. There were several cars asked to pull to the side way before me so I guess they were forgotten about to. This has happened more than once.
