The restaurant smelt funny the service was extremely backed up and slow and nobody upsold the big deal when I ordered the items individually. Lastly there's no accessibility button for customers with special needs. The food is good but there's definitely lots of room for improvement

Just picked up a 10 piece chicken family meal, first of all; I placed the order to be ready at a specific time, it wasn’t ready, I had to wait. This is the case almost every time. Second, the fries and mashed potatoes were bland and tasteless to say the least. Either the mashed potatoes or the gravy was awful.
