This is my first time at this restaurant. I had to ordered at their front counter. I can ordered take-out or dine in. They do accept cash, debit and credit. I ordered 1 Combo 12 PC Wings, coated with Honey BBQ Sauce, 2 Buttermilk Ranch, 1 Regular Fries, 1 Medium Coke and 4 small packages of Ketchup. The food was very good and served hot. Good food, good service, good popeyes location.
I placed an order for pickup through the app and waited more than 17 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or asking for my name or order. During that time, two customers who arrived after me were served before I was. I eventually had to ask the employee directly if they intended to serve me, informing them that I had been waiting for 17 minutes. Only then did I receive an apology. This level of service is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.
