Management is TERRIBLE. Having teenagers work until midnight on school nights. When asked to change hours to not fall asleep in class, they were told this is adult life and to figure it out and then purposefully continued to schedule until midnight. Unacceptable for this kind of treatment of teenagers trying to work and finish school with a high school diploma.
I went through the drive-through they told me I had to wait for a fillet of chicken to get cooked. Had me go park by the handicap and it took them over 10 minutes to get my food out to me.
Horrible. The lid to our cup came off and instead of switching lids he popped it on and said it's good to go, it spilled all over us, and our car, on the dash, the gear shift, the floor, our clothes and skin is all sticky, they didn't give us napkins and forgot one of our fries. Horrible service, negligent workers, they shouldn't even be in business. What a waste of money and time just to get soda spilled all over our vehicle and eat fatty boneless sloppy wet chicken.
