It is incredible to me that it’s possible to visit a place so infrequently yet run into the same exact problem every time. This crew has forgotten the same part of my order every single visit the last 5 times I’ve visited over the course of at least 18 months. And somehow every time I pull into an empty drive thru I’m told they’ll be with me in a second and then made to wait nearly 10 minutes. I’m not impatient, I’m not unreasonable. But every single time?
