It was nice when napkins and ketchup were available in dining room. Also when you got two sauce packets with your order. One packet not enough for anything.
A HOT MESS is what I would call this Popeyes!! Pop machine broken. Cash register broken. Dirty and grimey. Mashed potatoes were not cooked all of the way and cold. Had to wait for chicken strips bc they didn't have enough for 1 lunch order. Not enough ppl working to keep up. One good thing is that the employees were polite and trying to deal with what they had to work with. My goodness this franchisee should lose the thier contract!
This place is always busy and they could never keep up with orders. They tell you it will be a 15 minute wait but it actually becomes 45 minutes. And you have to complain about it in order for them to rush.
