Probably one of the stores with the worst service. Don't try to order inside. They'll keep walking past you for 10+ minutes.
After waiting 40 minutes, I received an email saying my order was canceled. There was no phone call or any other notification in advance.
I don't know how this company is still operating because no matter what location I have tried the experience is rarely good but this is the most egregious I have experienced. Walked in to order a chicken sandwich meal to go. No communication beyond checking what side I wanted and handing me a cup. Didn't tell me they would need to drop or cook the chicken and it would be 20 plus minutes. Don't inform me or mention anything else to me the entire time I'm waiting.
