Stopped here unexpectedly and the food was terrific. Great price for a 3-piece box of chicken. Delicious.
Absolutely pathetic customer service. I politely asked if I could pay extra for some Ghost Pepper seasoning on the side, something another Popeyes location had happily done for me before. The employee immediately refused, and when I suggested simply sprinkling it on the chicken, the manager also rudely said no without any effort to help.
