They forgot it again 10/26/25 Every single time i have asked and paid for an extra biscuit, i never got it. Its happened more than 5 times 10/25/25 They didn't give me sauce ❌️Sauce ❌️biscuit ✅️chicken ✅️drink
Second time here, second bad experience. First time doing online order. Missing food. Ordered for spicy, got mild. Tenders, smallest I’ve ever seen. No utensils. Customer service less than acceptable, pulled up to window, just handed me my stuff and went back to her convo with colleagues, not one word. The whole experience was less than satisfactory.
I love Popeyes! But.. this place was rough! Dirty, food was just slightly warm and chicken tasted like it was sitting out for a long time. One good thing was, we got our food pretty quick. Very disappointed though.
I don't know what this issue is with particular South Hamilton Rd location. Each time I've come I've sat in the drive-thru waiting an average 7 minutes per car and then in spite of repeating my order at the speaker , they get my order wrong or leave items out. I am totally done with this location
