I placed an order on ubereats for boneless wings. Someone on the restaurant called to tell me that they do not have boneless wings, only bone-in wings. I told them that I do not eat bone-in wings. I was not offered any other alternative. I was told the cancel the order and the lady just hung up the phone before I could say anything back. This is extremely unprofessional. Train your employees to have better customer service and problem solving skills.
