We ordered online for a pickup at 6pm. They can't find how we ordered the food and now it's 630 and someone just came out to ask what we ordered. If you order online, shouldn't they know what we ordered? If it wa supposed to be ready at 6, why is it 636 and we're still waiting. Everyone here seems confused. Just went in and they're still waiting on spicy chicken to cook. 40 minutes later we're still waiting. We ordered this at 5pm. Yep not coming back.
