Aerial , young lady in drive thru in bay minette was very polite and friendly. Food were served hot and there were no long wait in drive thru.
They was extra polite even though my food was going to take a few more minutes
Food was decent BUT, I ordered then arrived 10 minutes later and had to wait 20 minutes. I went back to the window and the employee was hollering at the MANAGER about what he did wrong and how he didnt need to be a manager because he was a sissy. The manager walked outside and my food was given by another employee while the other employee was still hollering. I felt so bad for that manager.
Got to be one of the worst Popeyes service I have even experienced.
