I waited 20 minutes and ended up leaving your location without my food because your staff kept telling me one more minute for my chicken.... You are a chicken establishment! Also, it is Sunday and people are driving in from Vegas after sitting in traffic for hours the last thing one wants to experience is not actually getting their food.
