Since when did Popeyes turn into fine dining? When I went inside the store, the person who appeared to be the store manager (black shirt) told me I had to wait 3 mins for my order. I waited since I arrived earlier than expected. Mind you, I ordered on the mobile app and I had to wait 15 mins inside the store for just two items: a spicy chicken sandwich and 6 boneless wings, while walk-in patrons who came after me got their big orders in minutes.
