This place is the one of the worst place I have been the food is good but the place is really bad
I ordered from their app for an online pick-up on Monday Nov. 3rd at 10:40pm. The store was advertised as CLOSING at 11pm. I figured 20mins from closing isn't bad, guess what my hard working fellow Americans. The store was closed, Popeyes are giving me the run around for my refund. I would like to personally speak the owner or manager for my FULL ORDER or REFUND on the spot or I will make a bigger deal out of this and take it to corporate. This isn't right and they know it but hope you do nothing about it but I will.
It's not good, nothing is fresh. The 8 pieces we ordered were given to me as the oldest thing they had, just wings and legs. They don't provide good service.
staff playing around and not doing their job. they are also scamming customers here. a dinner combo comes with a full size drink not a small kids meal drink. when u point this out they will try to upcharge you for what you already paid for. they are also selling some off brand dollar water and not Dasani/coke branded products between this and Cane’s just go to Cane’s lower price and better quality food and service
