Great price. Great food. Great taste.
The food was fresh and the staff was very friendly.
By far the worst Popeyes. I bite into a piece of chicken and it smelled like death. The chicken is never hot nor is it ever crispy. The skin is always oily and soft. The biscuits are never hot buttery and soft. They are hard and dry. I now drive from Athens to the Popeyes in Madison on Hwy 72 down by the Car Dealerships. And if I get chicken in Athens now. I got to the daily at Hometown Grocery Store.
Unfortunately, I must revoke my 5-star review. Ordered online (it worked this time), but got home to find missing sauces, and two of my tenders were pasty, with UNDERCOOKED chicken. Are you kidding me? It seems like nothing but problems with this place. Previous review: Manager took care of me when the Popeyes app wouldn't let me order.
