Location on 12th and Hanford Armona rd. They literally did not have any chicken. None. Zero. Zip. Nada. Employee said that the Manager "forgot" to order it! What in the actual hell? That Manager should not be in that position. How do you not order chicken to sell to customers when you're a chicken restaurant?? Lastly, they NEVER have apple pies ready! Lobby area was a mess too! Not going back!
I've heard several negative reviews about this location, particularly about how the staff treats their guests and unfortunately, my experience confirmed them. When I visited today, I immediately felt an unwelcoming atmosphere from the crew. I politely asked for a bucket of dark meat, but the cashier quickly said they couldn't make it, without even checking with the kitchen or making any effort to accommodate the request. Will drive to Lemoore instead. Was Ignored for 15 minutes. They had a line of people waiting to order and lots of people waiting. Managers don’t seem to care or even try to help get orders in or OUT. Every time I come I wait at least 10 -15 minutes for online pickup. The problem is with their management.
Staff was great, all in all just deducting a star because they missed the 2 spicy thighs I asked for in a family pack.
Manager with gray shirt co-co there is rude.. has attitude,,, seems she leaves everyone else at the front by themselves doing everything when it’s busy while she does whatever she is doing.. ?store is messy and unorganized.. Wait time for food was over 30 minutes.
