Pre-ordered online. Had to pull out of drivethru window & wait another 22 minutes. Arrived home only to find a missing side order from our family meal. Had to make a 2nd trip. Totally unacceptable. Next time we'll choose Leaders chicken, worth the extra mile to get good friendly service & good food.

First off the lady at the speaker was incredibility rude then I had to wait 25 minutes extra with 3 more people waiting behind me just to get a horrible looking smushed chicken sandwich, stale fries that were burnt and I order a apple pie and instead got a caramel apple cheesecake which I didn't even order, The lady which I'm assuming is the manger didn't even apologize for the 25 minute when she handed me the food and looked annoyed that she had to hand it to me.
