Placed an order on the app an hours before closing to get there to be told they are out of chicken and tenders. I asked to refund my money they said they cant because I placed the order on line. I go to the app to cancel and it says I cant because its always been processed. I call the store. Spent $50 on a family meal and asked for ONE ranch. Didn’t get it. Then I was told I had to pay extra. So let me get this straight — you’ll take my money online, but the sauce fee is a surprise pop quiz at the counter? Ordered at 4:28. Still standing there at 4:49. That’s 21 minutes for fast food. At that point I thought the chicken was being hand-raised out back. All this over one ranch cup. You got your last $45 from me. Slow service, petty policies, and zero common sense. I’m out.
I had a great experience at Popeyes thanks to two truly stellar employees Gloria & Francisca!! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming. They handled my order efficiently, answered my questions with a positive attitude, and made sure everything was correct. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about customer service. Because of them, this visit really stood out—huge shoutout to these two for making my day and representing Popeyes so well!
