Saturday May 16 I ordered pickup at 9:32 PM for a scheduled pickup time of 10:00 PM because I wanted fresh food. However, my order was marked ready within 2 minutes of placing it, meaning the food was sitting the entire time before pickup. When I arrived, I politely asked if fresh chicken could be made since the pickup time was scheduled for later.
