UPDATE 06/19/26: This location has had some impressive improvements! I'm so happy with their service, times, and food quality so far. I said I wasn't going to return but I love Popeyes and it's the closest to me. I've been giving them another chance and I'm glad I did. I've noticed a guy assistant manager that's been there every time I pick up my order, his name starts with a B. I think he's a difference maker. Keep up the good work!

They obviously need another here in Palmdale... Somewhere on the east side! This place is crazy busy all the time... But the food is good!
They got my order wrong, excluded the six biscuits.When I let them know at the end that I wanted my money back for biscuits she insisted on just giving me the biscuits or would have to refund all me food and ask me to bring back all the food that we had already eaten very RUDE, didn't include any of the sauces either. When I asked her if we could get our sauce when she told me to come get it myself. New business being a manager.When you offer such rude service. So me and my family went with the family meal paid $50 just to get diarrhea and stomach cramp pains never again this popeyes sucks I dont recommend to eat here at this location.
