This Popeyes location has been a complete disappointment. I’ve visited multiple times since it’s the only late-night option in the area, but after my experiences here, I never want to eat at Popeyes again. I was once served a completely frozen, raw biscuit at the drive-thru, something I didn’t realize until I got home and was ready to eat. The disappointment and confusion were beyond frustrating. I spoke to the manager yesterday and he said he would offer me a deal comparable to what I get at mcdonalds in the 5 dollar meal deal today, he even shook my hand on it but then when I arrived at the store today to claim this deal, I was turned away. 0/10 these people can not be trusted.
The staff & the service is a reflection of how the company treats their workers. When you go to this location, the staff doesn't care, they don't have food ready or when you receive your food, there are food items missing and/or the food is terrible. I went to this location a few times this month & items were ALWAYS missing. This location isn't needed at this point. Just let it go.
