I went here to the Rayne Popeyes recently. They made me wait an hour and 30 minutes in the parking lot for shrimp to be cooked. But this has happened on multiple occasions when I would go there I’d wait for almost 30 minutes but this time it was an hour and 30 minutes. They are polite but crappy service. If they make you pull up and you’re in a hurry, just go to another restaurant.
Shut this place down....what is the point of a restaurant that you can sit at the window for over 30 minutes and no one takes your order...... Ive been here many times over the years and not once have I been able to just pull app order my food, drive to the Window. And get my food. It is either a long wait to get your food ordered because nobody answers the window or when you do order your food, they tell you to pull up and wait and you have to sit in the parking lot for 20 to 30 minutes. Basic fast food Ordered chicken sandwiches and a couple sides. Chicken was extremely greasy, almost like it didn't have a chance to drain, the Mac n cheese was only 2 fork fulls, and it took 17 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches
Had to wait in the line so long I dam near ran out of gas
