Beautiful new location for the fully bastardized version of Popeyes. Sad sad day, nothing was as good as I once knew Popeyes to be. Edit to add the manager apologized and refunded me for the food I received that day

Ordered a 5 piece tenders meal and was told there would be a 5 minute wait. I pulled around to front of restaurant to wait. Eventually someone brought out food for another car. By that time I had actually been waiting for half an hour. I'm disabled and it wasn't really feasible for me to go in. I asked the employee how much longer and was told the cook was late. Got my food finally (no apology for the wait) and it was horrible. The chicken was tough and the biscuits tasted "off". Never going back.

My first experience at Popeyes was awful. I waited for what felt like 50 minutes for an order when they said it would take 15–20 minutes, and I only ordered 3 sandwiches and a biscuit. They gave me the wrong sandwich, then demanded I give back a sandwich that had already been bitten into, and refused to remake it if I didn't. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable with employees yelling at each other. I wish I had gone to Burger King instead.
