I had several problems on my visit to this location on April 6, 2026; however, the main problem that should be noted is the lack of hygiene. I ordered online and when I entered the establishment to retrieve my order, the manager was mopping the floor. When she prepared my order, she did not stop to was her hands after handing the mop. I requested a refund due to her unsanitary practices and suddenly her English wasn't very good. It wasn't worth arguing over $5. I wouldn't recommend patronizing this establishment.
Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, got to the speaker, got asked 3 times to repeat my order and when my food came out it was all wrong. First time coming here and never again, the food also tastes horrible and don’t get anything seafood from here.
Custom med service is terrible. Went through the drive thru they already had and attitude then the lady was acting like she couldn’t hear me then when I spoke up she told me to stop yelling
