ordered freddy meal, out of cupcake, no freddy box or cup, paid for ranch and no ranch, ordered spicy, got original, called them, and they are not speaking to us at all. terrible service!!!! 0/10!!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
The only manager on shift during a dinner rush was very rude and not helpful in anyway. She was bouncing around from window to front register and doing everything in between. She wasn’t friendly and got my order wrong. No sauces were asked about nor was I able to get any after I received my food. She tried to give me a sauce I didn’t ask for an said that’s all she can do. The employees look distraught under her command. She is not a leader by any means. Disappointed by this Popeyes.
Servers were rude did. Took a while to actually take my order. Servers did not give me the sauces that I ordered then tried to make me pay more after not giving me sauces. This place sucks
