Went through the drive through ordered the 10 peace and when I got home I only had 7 peace. They don't have a 7 peace period, so they know they short me or the girl can't count smdh. They don't care at this store beware.
When I had to ask the lady what did she say, she got an attitude. When she asked if that was all, at first I said yes but then I said, "I'm sorry I actually need a gallon of tea too." She sucked her teeth and signed loudly and I said, "I'm sorry and thank you " but she cut me off and said, "pull forward." I get attitude Everytime I come here. I've only ever ordered here 3 times cause of the attitude I get. I only come here when my ole man asks me too.
Place should be shutdown and turned into a different food joint at this point. Good food no doubt, but service and what you’re actually getting inside your boxes is ALWAYS short changed. Unless you know somebody behind the counter, prepare to have half the food you ordered and a bad attitude with the cashier no matter what you say to them they’ll say nothing back. I was picking up an order and honestly the service was horrible it took a good 5 to 10 minutes before I even got help from an employee and it was at least a 30 minute wait to get two orders..
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I literally walked in & walked out. No greeting. Lady at the cash register talking on her cell phone & pouring bbq sauce in a bottle. I'll spend my money elsewhere
