This is my very first time stepping into a Popeyes in my whole life. Ordered through my app. Told the lady at the counter I had an order. Was instantly greeted with a massive attitude saying “y’all need to give me a minute” there was nobody even there. She thought I was DoorDash and kept asking over and over for the name on the order and I kept saying my name over and over. Every order takes years to get, always out of most of the menu no matter when you go. Poor customer service. Worst popeyes ive ever been to, dont go.
