I waited in the drive thru line for 30min. I would have left if I did not get stuck in the line. Then they gave me the wrong food, but kid at the drive thru was very nice.

Was here for twenty minutes and the staff was great, got my food out quickly, etc. Like five locals came in and were super rude and unpleasant for pretty much no reason. Maybe it's a St. Helens thing to go full Karen as a default. Idk. Anyways as far as a Popeye's goes, 10/10.

**Edit!!** -reply unjust I paid for 2 big boxes. Got 1. Drove all the way home because, of course I didnt check the bag after they had me wait 15 mins in the drive thru after paying for my meals. The phone number? Completely unavailable everytime. And no voicemail to be heard of. Thats the reply? No let's make this right....? Disappointed is the least appropriate adjective.... sounds like we won't be throwing away our money here anytime soon.

I really like thier food but the manager and attendant need to learn customer service. A perfect example is if you charge someone's card a receipt should be expected. They are not worth dealing with and I will go else where. A lot less hassle. I went to MnDonalds instead. I will try one more time and see if you mean what you say.
