Ordered in the drive thru. After we paid we were told to park over at Grocery Outlet where we parked right in front of their drive thru exit. Waited for twenty minutes then when I went in to check on why it was taking so long I was informed they had given my order to another customer. Apologies were given but no we will rush an order. So I cancelled and walked out after getting a refund. Horrible experience after a long day
I waited over 20 minutes for a sandwhich at 7pm. There was a total of three orders in front of me, i could tell because they had us all waiting. The car that came in behind me is also still sitting there as I left. 4 total orders 20+ minutes is dumb by sit down restaurant standards.
4:30pm on a Saturday. Walk in and nobody behind the counter. I stood there for about 3 minutes but seemed like much longer when I notice one person in the back standing there staring at me. He finally said something to a woman who came around the corner asking "what do you want" I replied "Hello, how's it going?" no response. Our 1st time at Popeyes and we were quite satisfied. Breading on the chicken was fabulous, the chicken was fresh, juicy and crisp. And while I LOVE mac-n-cheese I would probably choose another side our next visit. The biscuits are really good. Great service and overall experience. 2nd visit not so swell. Got off work wanting chicken sat in the drive threw waiting for 30 minutes went in side and only 2 people working this place needs to hire more people
