Inefficient manager and staff. We were lining up to get service and the "manager" and the 2 young cashiers were busy talking to 1 person eventhough I had no clue what the issue was since they were speaking in Spanish. The problem is there was an open cashier spot and none of them wanted to come and serve their clients. Never going there again.
Absolutely Terrible Management and Service I usually love Popeyes, but the location on S. Pickett St. in Alexandria is by far the worst I’ve ever visited. The issue starts right at the top—the female manager on duty was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and lacked even basic customer service skills. The fried chicken was a bit dry, but the lemon ice was nice—quite tasty.
Honestly, I don't care how much you love Popeyes don't go here!!! They are not good. My total was $77 and I was missing two large sides plus all my dipping sauces. I'm so annoyed right now.
