If I could rate "0" I would. This Popeyes is the worst I have ever experienced with any restaurant. My husband and I love Popeyes, but not Sebring's. We have tried several times thinking it will change. Nope, just gets worst. Since the Kiosks, you get no service or even see a human. We went yesterday, when we walked through the door, you could hear employees screaming at each other. The lady today at the drive thru window was so kind. The mashed potatoes were hot and delicious.
Yikes, the ceiling in the dining area certainly needs replaced. Ceiling tiles stained and water dripping onto a tile floor. We tried using the kiosk to order the deal listed on the window, but you can't order it there you have to order at the register. Nobody was available to help. Stood there for 5 minutes before someone s acknowledged we were there. No kidding our order took 20 minutes and the guy behind us took 30 minutes.
