We placed mobile orders at 9 and didn't even get the food until well past 10. No communication whatsoever.

I’m currently at this Popeyes right now and I usually love Popeyes but this location is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been here for half an hour with my girlfriend waiting for our order of chicken tenders and there are people who ordered after us and receiving their food before us. Chicken tenders should not take this long and the only reason I’m inside waiting is because the drive through was broken. My name is on the orders ready sign and my food isn’t even on the counter.
