I don't know who the cook is. I don't know what recipe they're using, but is nothing like Louisiana style. The chicken has no taste, it doesn't even look like chicken. Old chicken coleslaw is old nasty, no good taste spoiled. Not trying to put anybody out of work, but they need to do better.
