Ordered the $5 three-piece box and was only given two pieces of chicken — a breast and a leg. I didn’t realize I needed to check my order before leaving, but I definitely will from now on. If the box is advertised as three pieces, I expect to receive all three pieces.
I went to popeyes today at 6pm and i just wanna say the food was really good all around. I spent like 100 bucks and it was worth every penny thanks to the popeyes crew here serving up hot and fresh food. Customer service was very friendly and i was served quickly. Thank you!
Milady and Leo are the best! Excellent customer service ! Fast and friendly ! I only go to this Popeyes because of them !
I went through drive thru order was fast but no napkin inside.I paid the cashier and I must have waited 15 minutes sitting in drive thur for my change and then I wasn't given the correct amount back. The cashier even had cars waiting to place their order while she was cleaning up This not the first time I have had to deal with waiting for a long period for my change And also who works with a hood all cover up on their head and face that's not professional and I hope it's not Popeyes dress code. I will Not be going back.Cust... read more
Food good, but on the multiple times I’ve been there the service was abysmal to nonexistent. The last time after ridiculously waiting 10 minutes without being recognized, in an establishment with one other customer and no drive ups waiting; we left!!! Poor service every time. Won’t be going back. Will drive further for my Popeyes.
