I placed an online order one hour fifteen minutes prior to scheduled pickup time. I made it to Cleveland, MS Popeyes, at 2:07 PM. When I arrived there were workers sitting in the dining room eating. I was told by the workers 'Ain't no flour so we ain't cooking no chicken.' OK, understandable. However, there was no way to refund my money or anyone to speak with. I took the toughest critic to this Popeyes (my mom) because I know that this is THEE BEST Popeyes I have ever eaten at. She LOVED it. The chicken was hot and fresh and the biscuits were just right. She loved it so much that she wanted it again the next day. We rode the 40 minutes back again to get more. Delicious as expected. They passed with flying colors by the toughest critic.

Horrible service! Unreal how disrespectful the employees are at this location! We pulled up to the drive through to pick up our order, and we were ignored. We pulled around and had to honk before we got service since the employee was on her phone. She rudely said to cancel our order because they do not have sandwiches and closed the window. She would not return to the window to answer questions and sat on her phone. This location and experience was truly disappointing. I will not be back.
