Food and service were great. Isaiah was very helpful. Great experience all around!
I ordered my food with Sweet Heat sauce. I know they always forget to include the sauce, so I did asked about it again. They told me they had put it inside the box. However, when I got home and checked, there was no sauce at all. This was very disappointing. Terrible customer service!
Pay attention when you make an order. They add more to charge you more :(. I didn't realize until getting home
Worst Experience. Did not have Coca-Cola. Employees stood around like they had no leadership. No one came to the window to take my money. When they finally did they were out of Coke. Three stood at the window while my order was sitting ready behind two of them. I still had not received my drink. Finally I got my order with no thanks no nothing. I have had poor service here but decided to give Popeye's another chance. NEVER AGAIN!
Only 2 stars because of the girl at the window tonight, who was so nice and friendly. The food on the other hand... if I lived closer, I would have driven back to try to correct the issues. The spicy chicken looked burnt and the biscuits were hard as rocks. Its been a day, and wanted to make dinner easy. Only to feel like it was just a waste of money. Disappointing for sure. We will not be back.
