I got a 10 piece Family meal Sunday 6/14/2026. This is the 2nd time in a month that the spicy chicken was overcooked and burnt looking. Also, service is very slow each time I visit with online orders.
Absolute worst Popeyes location I’ve ever been to. Placed an order on the app and went to pick it up, the order never went through in the app but they charged me 3 times for it. Talked to the shift leader who was about 13 and clueless and her solution was to contact my bank like it was their fault. I talked with the GM who was equally useless and she gave me the number of the she said district manager, he was the least helpful of all of them. Second visit second problem. First visit some kids couldn't retain a simple order. I had to go in myself from the drive thru, I offered to write it down for them. I had to tell them my order one item by one item. Second visit I doordashed for pickup, you'd think that would be easier. Went to the drive thru, said my name and apparently someone else took my order. How did the thief know my name? Pickup code? I call BS.
