Great service
What is the point of staying open until 11 PM if the kitchen closes around 8 PM, which the gentleman at the drive through was nice enough to let me know. That would mean chicken is just sitting around for people to eat if they come 1 hour later in the best case scenario, which is terrible service anyway. And obviously by the other reviews it is clear that they run out of chicken often before 10 pm…the operating procedures of this location is counterintuitive. Might as well close earlier and save overhead costs.
So we decided to order trough the Uber App today at our go to location.. Bethany! The service was less than desirable...we pulled up in the drive through and was advised it would be 12 minutes on the chicken..we said ok. We left the drive thru went to park and decided to go inside to wait. The cashier was working on our biggest order...which was an online special , 2 chicken sandwiches - 12 pcs wings (6 bone ins/6 bone outs) and 2- 4pcs chicken .
