every time i go there never open on time no one be there.
Popeyes is such an enigma. The food is good, the app is good — but they simply can’t execute. There is demand for their food but the stores simply can’t run properly. I placed an order through the app for first time and I show up at 11:30 (my pickup time) and I walk in and I’m ushered out of the store by a guy purely frazzled, waving his arms saying repeatedly - “we’re not open yet. Best one we've been in,and there have been many. The Mgr.,and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The food was great! Service was amazing! So kudos to that store in Missouri! Keep up the good work.
Arrived to the location on 06/01/2026 and was asked to come back in 10 minutes because the staff was behind on orders! Returned to the restaurant on 06/02/2026 and was greeted at the drive threw windows by a cashier whom was rude, kept cutting me off mid sentence, wouldn't allow me to finish my order. The chicken was greasy and tasteless, the fried pickles were old, greasy, and hard as a rock!! I give this overpriced meal no space in my head, the entire restaurant was HORRIBLE.
This place is awful. Definitely don't put an order in on the app and pay for it ahead of time. This was my third time and last time I will be coming here for anything. Just absolutely embarrassing for a company to allow this to happen.
