Brand new facility, clean and Fast. Well ran
So I made a mobile order today, and when I got to the drive-thru and said "I have a mobile order for Brie" the drive-thru attendant said that a man had just picked up my order. I said I had the app up and an email receipt and that that guy had just stolen my order. Brie is a girl name, the guy who took the order looked nothing like someone named Brie, nor a wheel of cheese. if you dont want your food to be given to a doordasher because your mobile order almost shared the same items as a doordash order, either order in person or order online at a different location because they dont double check their orders to make sure theyre from their app or from third party service. the app still said my order wll be ready soon so there shouldnt be a reason why a mobile app order shouldnt be on their system but my order wasnt even in their system when i went there. tl;dr: the possibility of your food not be... read more
They never get the dark meat order right. Employees are very mean every time i go.
Took forever for someone to take my order. Then it took forever to get my food. Shame on me for not checking before I left. But my order was wrong and missing item that i paid for i noticed when I got home. I tried to call and no one answers. Won't be back.
