Attempted them multiple times and always an issue. The staff is rude unless you speak Spanish. They consistently forget items and act as if you are a burden to expect them to do their job. This location needs a refresh and retraining.

I placed an online mobile order and drove to the location to inform them of my mobile order. Upon arriving at the window, I waited for approximately five minutes before someone acknowledged me. Instead of a greeting, I was asked to provide the details of my order and the name associated with it. After receiving my order, I was disappointed to discover that the chicken was not fresh, but rather old and cold. The chicken they gave us was very hard, and the biscuit was very hard as well. Seem like their food was just staying out and not fresh.
