Staff says they can’t take the orders at the speaker drive thru because when the lobby is busy they don’t have enough staff. Parking lot was empty but I have come a few times around 4pm on a weekday and this is always the story. There drive thru time doesn’t start till they start the order so it never reflects bad as they are good at getting your food after they have taken your order but if it’s a big order more than 2 people you will be there for a solid 30 min.
I ordered a family meal 12 piece. The chicken was old and dried out. The mac n cheese was burnt. My coleslaw was missing as was my cheesecake (which I purchased with points.) So I called the store and employee informed me no manager on duty but assured me one would call me but nobody ever did! I contacted customer support after waiting on a response from manager and their telling me they can't do anything cause it's been longer than a week. Total bs!! Absolutely worst popeyes ever!
