I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this Popeyes location. I came in for a pickup order and was not greeted or acknowledged by a single employee. The lack of professionalism was unacceptable. A person who appeared to be the store manager or general manager walked in, made eye contact with me, and immediately went to the back without saying a word or acknowledging a customer standing there.
