I had an amazing experience at this Popeyes located inside Shepherd and young Centre. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and the customer service was honestly outstanding. The staff were respectful, fast, and very welcoming from the moment I walked in. You can really tell they care about their customers and the quality of the food they serve. Bad service
Kiosks don't work with coupon codes from the app. Workers have been ordered to only use kiosks, so you're SOL. Also one their registers is somehow broken and cash only with no sign posted. Makes it a nightmare to use ultraone credit or points.
This place has ruined Popeyes for me. So I ordered off the app 5pc for 14.99 4 thighs and 1 leg. We all know the legs are REALLY small. And a Carmel cheese cake. I get to the counter no chicken is ready and was told I can only have 2 thighs but can have 3 legs. So instead of giving them a hard time I got 1 breast and was told at least a 10min wait for chicken.
