Popeye’s surpassed my expectations !! We used to go to the Royse City location but constantly got old chicken !! So now we will be going to the Rockwall location when we get the urge for some good ole fried chicken !!!
My cinnamon apple pie was so fresh and very good ! Would highly recommend

They had 6 people in front of the register and still nobody said hi, be right with you, we waited 10 minutes for somebody actually took our order.
