Well, where to begin. Let's start with the "Combo Meal" that AUTOMATICALLY comes with one side and a fountain drink; why do they insist on asking "Do you want a drink with that?" OF COURSE I do! IT COMES WITH IT! Then, when I get the cup (for the drink), it is half the size of what it used to be. Thank Heavens that I ate in the dining room, so I could refill the drink.
