This place has bad customer service and to the Hispanic lady who was a manager last Monday night you need customer service training! All of the employees were standing around ant she refused to change out one piece is chicken! The app was giving an error message and I showed her and she lied and said the register wouldn’t let her exchange one piece of chicken out! The manager at this location yesterday evening needs customer service training and her female crew. Most Texas businesses lack customer service and think they will be around forever but the way the economy and other things are going in the world there are many businesses closing.
