Last night (09/20/2026- 10PM), I went to pick up my order, and even though I arrived past my scheduled pickup time, my order still hadn’t been prepared. The manager and crew member were standing there talking, and no one seemed to bother checking on my order. I was eventually told to wait about 3 minutes because they were making the fries, and they said they would bring my order to where I was parked. I waited for about 10 more minutes, but no one came. Only thing any store has going for is that they keep it clean. The corporation is price gouging their customers. Took away the $5 3 piece chicken deal and took away 1 piece to give a biscuit for the same price. Paying more for less should be a federal crime.

The food is over priced. The menu is hard. To see and has macaroni and cheese, however I was told that they no longer sell this.

I waited over 30 mins for a 5 piece tender meal and they forgot to include my sides which. I went back and they refused to remake my 5 piece tender meal and would not give me the food I paid for. I asked for a refund for the food I DID NOT receive: if they won’t remake my food - and they also wouldn’t do that! All of it is recorded on video.

My wife Ash ordered us two 6 dollar boxes , both with a spicy breast and thigh and they gave us a breast and wing and its not spicy. We just got off of work and don't want to go back we're tired but I will send a picture of the wrong order!! So what can you do?? I don't want to hear we're going to tell their management. I showed pictures and the receipts
