I have gone to this popeyes 3 times in the past 3 weeks and all 3 times they have messed up my order. the first time they forgot my sauces which is fine, the second time i went 45 minutes before closing and was told they could not serve me because they already did their closing duties, if you’re going to completely close the kitchen almost an hour before closing then don’t leave the store opened. this time i went and i sat in the drive though for almost 20 minutes with only one person in front of me then i get home and they ... read more
I looked online, it states that I can purchase 3 pieces of chicken for $5.00. Drive Thru window says they do not offer it any longer. He states they do but then says they do handle the Internet site. I am confused by costumer service. So they are managed very poorly.
10000000% THE BEST POPEYES IN THE TRISTATE. They actually take pride in their food quality and accuracy unlike Florence and covington locations. Alexandria is the only one I'll go to!
