Ordered online today for DIberville Popeyes. Got totally wrong order. Lol. They print out name receipts and stick it on the chicken box & bag. So...someone else's name on the box not mine and my name on the bag. My 11 year old could match it up. I ordered a 4 piece legs & thighs meal. Even the wrong order I got was terrible. Lol.Wings. Lol. Dry, dry, dry. Lol.
This is the best Popeyes in the area. The employees during the day are very helpful.
Manager playing on cell phone at the counter. Stood at counter for about 7 minutes to take my order while Manager have a personal conversation with a gentleman who approached the counter but I'm still waiting to give my order. A worker from the back notice me waiting and asked me sir did you oder my reply was NO. SHE SAID I'M SO SORRY I WILL HELP YOU. MANAGERS DON'T BE THE REASON YOUR TEAM FAILS, BE THE REASON THEY SUCCEED.
