I had an unfortunate experience dealing with a drive thru manager who demonstrated a clear lack of customer service skills. From the start, their attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which made the situation more frustrating than it needed to be. I understand that management roles can be stresstul, but how customers are treated should never fall short. This experience left a negative impression, and I hope improvements are made in both communication and overall customer care.
I don’t know i felt like i wasn’t really treated well. the ladies at headset and window were not really pleasant. they really make me sad. they had an attitude that i didn’t understand. when i asked them to repeat themselves they gave me attitude back. their speaker sounds like a fishbowl and they get upset when we can’t understand them. i came here to have a good snack after my venti starbucks refresher. and my refresher was gone by the time i got fried pickles
