Speaker broken on drive thru ask for the manager to let her know and told me it was me , very rude ,no people skills,my order took more than 30 minutes,my order cancelled it ,an other oder the was made wrong ,got down,she kept bad mouthing me the manager of Popeyes,saw they were making chicken and other items over stack ,no customers there, don't recommend people there

I wad picking up a mobile order and went through the drive thru. When I got to the wondow, I was told to wait near the door as the order was not ready. They forgot about our order and had me waiting there until I finally decided to reverse to the windows and I honked. No one responded and I went around again. I waited 30 minute just to see the order was on the counter ready to go. I dont know if it was laziness or they just forgot that I was waiting for the food.
